Terms & Condition of Export1. Pricing The price quoted in this web catalog are retail door to door delivery to USA, Austraila, Japan and Europe. Import duties if applicable should be paid by buyer on their country. We deliver goods door to door via DHL/TNT/Fedex/Aramex express courier It will take 4 - 7 business days to reach to buyer door after dispatch. 2. Stock Though the stock shown on the website are one or two pcs or none, you may order any quantity while ordering. Delivery is subject to the availability of stock. We inform buyer immediately about the stock availablity. For wholesale buying by retailers we advise them to send us inquiry for bulk buying to save shipping cost and on wholesale price. 3. Delivery Delivery will be made within one week or once we get payment clearance from Google checkout or paypal. . 4. Payment Methods and Procedures We accept Credit Card (Master, Visa. American Express, JCB etc) and echeck payment via Paypal ( https://www.paypal.com ) or Google Checkout or bank transfer in Nepal or in USA bank account which is convenient for USA/Canada customers. We will give you address/account for such payment once order is negotiated if order placed by email. We encourage buyer to pay online via Paypal or Google Checkout while doing check out process. 4. Shipping and Custom Policies 4.1 .We are using DHL, Aramex and Fedex for delivery . They deliver normally within 4 to 7 business days up to your door step. If you have special pereference for choice of courier service you may let us know. The shipping price vary little bit as per the courier serivce. We will let you know any additional cost for your choice of shipping carrier. 4.2. Shipping Charges is free since we deliver up to the door of the customer. 4.3. Customer should report us and concerned courier services immediately for any damage goods or loss goods subject to the condition of box being received in damage condition or open condition within a week. Any loss of items /damage case reported after more than one week is not entertained. If the goods arrived in damaged condition or not to the type of your buying or found defect in quality, you may return purchased goods to our affiliates partner in USA on your shipping cost. We will replace with the new one and deliver to you again. 4.4. Write to us for bulk shipping rate at thirdworld@wlink.com.np should you want to place order in bulk or several pieces . We will give discount if purchased 5 or more products at a time. 4.5. Bulk order may be shipped by air cargo on cheaper rate with FOB price or by courier up to your door. 5. Insurance Insurance can be arranged for shipment upon request. 6. Custom Orders We accept custom order or buyer's specific design. We provide exclusively design as per request. Please send your request with details. 7. Errors on Pricing and Cancellatin of Orders We reserve the right to cancel an order or request for price change due to price errors printed on the website due to technical problem or any other reasons. We will ask further instruction to customers whether to readjust the price or cancel the order. Once order is confirmed, the price will not change. 8.
